Privacy Policy

Zyno ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data We Collect

Account: your email address and display name. With Sign in with Apple, your Apple user identifier and the email Apple provides (which may be a private relay address). With email sign-up, a salted hash of your password.
Subscription: App Store transaction records (transaction ID, product, dates, refund status) when you buy or restore Pro while signed in. We never see your payment card.
Sync data, only if you sign in and enable sync: playback progress and watched marks, favorites and lists, and your library index and match results.
Verification emails and basic server logs (IP address, request time, errors) for security.

2. Data Kept On Your Device

Credentials for cloud drives and media servers, and any API key you save in the app's AI settings, are stored in the system Keychain on your device.
Local playback history and library caches stay on your device.

3. AI Features

If you use AI features such as smart search or subtitle translation (Pro, with a Zyno server), the text involved is sent from your Zyno server to our servers and on to an AI model provider, which produces the result: the sentence you enter (up to 500 characters) and the title being played for smart search; subtitle text and the target language for subtitle translation.

If you configured your own AI model in the Zyno web dashboard, requests go to your provider, and its address and API key are stored encrypted on our servers.
Otherwise requests go to the AI providers we operate through.
We do not store the content of these requests; we only count usage per month. The AI provider's own policy applies to what it receives.

4. How We Use Your Data

To provide sign-in, cross-device sync and Pro entitlement
To send verification emails and keep the service secure

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases
Resend: sends verification emails (receives your email address)
Cloudflare: DNS and content delivery
TMDB: movie/TV metadata (we only send title queries, no user data)
AI model providers: receive the text described in section 3 when you use AI features
Cloud storage providers (115, Google Drive, etc.): direct connection from your device, credentials stored locally

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account section → Delete Account)
You can request access to, correction of, or a copy of your data by emailing privacy@myzyno.com
You can turn off cross-device sync at any time

Zyno(以下称“我们”)尊重你的隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理你的数据。

1. 我们收集的数据

账号:你的邮箱地址和显示名称。使用“通过 Apple 登录”时,为你的 Apple 用户标识和 Apple 提供的邮箱(可能是隐藏邮箱的中继地址)。使用邮箱注册时,为加盐后的密码哈希。
订阅:你在登录状态下购买或恢复 Pro 时的 App Store 交易记录(交易编号、商品、日期、退款状态)。我们不会接触你的支付卡信息。
同步数据,仅在你登录并开启同步时:播放进度和已看标记、收藏与列表、媒体库索引和匹配结果。
验证邮件,以及用于安全目的的基础服务器日志(IP 地址、请求时间、错误信息)。

2. 保存在你设备上的数据

网盘和媒体服务器的凭据,以及你在应用 AI 设置中保存的 API Key,存放在你设备的系统钥匙串中。
本地播放历史和媒体库缓存保存在你的设备上。

3. AI 功能

如果你使用智能搜索、字幕翻译等 AI 功能(Pro,需配合 Zyno 服务器),相关文本会从你的 Zyno 服务器发送到我们的服务器,再转发给 AI 模型服务商以生成结果:智能搜索会发送你输入的语句(最多 500 字符)和正在播放的片名;字幕翻译会发送字幕文本和目标语言。

如果你在 Zyno 网页后台配置了自己的 AI 模型,请求会发往你指定的服务商,其地址和 API Key 以加密形式保存在我们的服务器上。
否则请求会发往我们所使用的 AI 服务商。
我们不保存这些请求的内容,只按月统计用量。AI 服务商对其收到的内容适用其自身的政策。

4. 我们如何使用你的数据

提供登录、跨设备同步和 Pro 权益
发送验证邮件并保障服务安全

我们不会出售你的个人信息。

5. 第三方服务

Apple:通过 Apple 登录和 App Store 购买
Resend:发送验证邮件(会收到你的邮箱地址)
Cloudflare:域名解析和内容分发
TMDB:电影和剧集元数据(我们只发送片名查询,不包含用户数据)
AI 模型服务商:你使用 AI 功能时,接收第 3 节所述的文本
网盘服务商(115、Google Drive 等):由你的设备直接连接,凭据保存在本地

6. 你的权利

你可以随时在应用内删除账号(账号页 → 删除账号)
你可以发邮件至 privacy@myzyno.com,申请查阅、更正或获取你的数据副本
你可以随时关闭跨设备同步
